Last Call!

When bedtime is around the corner, we take care of all the non-sleep stuff before we begin! Last call for snacks, drinks, potty, play, anything that happens outside our bedroom.

All in Our Room

When Last Call ends, Bedtime Begins! We do it all in our room, so the sequence is very clear. Now is when we focus just on things to calm our body and get ready for sleep like putting on our cozy pajamas.

Short & Sweet

We're here for a good time, not a long time. We want the routine to be succinct and special, not never ending!

Always the Same

We know what to expect every night! Parents pick the routine, so kids can relax and enjoy what’s coming.

Offer Choice

Though parents set the framework, kids get to choose within it! Which books to read, or which songs to sing. We’re a team, and everyone gets involved!
